Service Description

Peptides, minus the hype. Peptides are short chains of amino acids that act as signaling molecules in the body. Interest is growing fast, and so is misinformation. Many peptides sold online are labeled "for research use only," come from unregulated sources, and are used without lab work or medical oversight. Skin Deep RX takes a different approach. Our clinic has completed SSRP peptide therapy certification, and every plan starts with a consultation and a review of your health history and goals. Peptide therapies we offer: • Sermorelin: commonly used to support natural growth hormone release, sleep, and recovery • Tesamorelin: commonly used to support growth hormone levels and body composition • NAD+: commonly used to support cellular energy and healthy aging (injection or nasal spray) • PT-141 (bremelanotide): commonly used to support libido in women and men • Gonadorelin: commonly used alongside testosterone therapy to support natural hormone signaling • GHK-Cu (topical): commonly used to support skin quality and firmness • Semaglutide and tirzepatide: see our GLP-1 Therapy page Your provider will recommend only what is appropriate for you. Results vary. What we stand for: • Evidence first. We will tell you what the research does and does not show. • Legitimate sourcing. Prescriptions are filled by a licensed 503A compounding pharmacy, never research-grade suppliers. • Medical oversight. Your provider monitors your progress and adjusts or stops treatment as needed. How it works: 1. Book a peptide consultation with Julee Baird Kimball, MSN, APRN, FNP-C. 2. Review your health history, goals, and labs when appropriate. 3. Receive a personalized plan. 4. Return for follow-up visits to track your progress. Free peptide webinar Join us Thursday, November 5 at 7 PM to learn what peptides can and cannot do. Register on our Events page. Frequently asked questions Are peptides FDA approved? Some peptides are the active ingredients in FDA-approved medications. Compounded peptides are prepared by a licensed pharmacy for individual patients and are not themselves FDA-approved. We prescribe only what is legally available. What does it cost? Pricing depends on your plan and is reviewed at your consultation. A $50 deposit holds your appointment and is applied to your visit. It is refunded if you cancel at least 24 hours in advance.
